Rates per night
including breakfasts:
£70.00 double/twin room (£35.00 per person)
£49 single occupancy of a double or twin room
A non-returnable deposit
is payable to secure your booking.

Booking Terms
Deposit: Bookings
made more than 14 days prior to arrival require a non-returnable deposit of £30 per room per
night. Bookings made more than 14 days prior to arrival require payment in
full.
Cancellations: Deposits are non-refundable on cancellation. Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival will incur a charge of
100% of the booking. No shows or early departures will incur a charge of 100% of the
booking.
Smoking: Corner Beech House and its grounds are entirely non-smoking.
Breakfast is
served between 8.30am and 9.30am
Check-in: Between 3.00pm and 9.00pm (but we are quite relaxed about
this, so let us know if you'd like to
arrange an earlier arrival)
Check-out: We kindly request that you vacate your room by 10.00am
Children: We do not accommodate children under 14 years old
Bank Holidays: All Bank Holidays require that a minimum stay is
booked. These are: Easter (3 nights), May Bank Holiday (3 nights), August
Bank Holiday (3 nights), Christmas Day (2 nights including Christmas Eve),
New Years Day (2 nights)
